Track your order
You can always look up your order with the email address used for the order and the order number from the confirmation email.
1. Where can I find my order number?
After placing your order, the order number appears on the confirmation page. It is also included in the confirmation email sent to your address.
The order number is usually a short code, for example ABCD-1234. Copy it exactly, without extra spaces.
2. How do I look up my order?
- Go to the order status page.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your order number.
- Click Look up order.
For privacy, we only show an order when the email address and order number match.
3. What do the statuses mean?
- Pending: order received; payment or review is still in progress.
- Confirmed: payment/review approved; the order is being prepared.
- Packed: the order is packed and ready to ship.
- Shipped: the order has been handed to the carrier or post.
- Delivered: the order is complete.
4. Did not receive an email?
First check your spam or junk folder. You can also search for DokterduckShop or the order amount.
Can’t find the email? Contact us via Telegram or email and include as much detail as possible: order date, email address and payment method.
