DokterduckShop is an online shop for medical care products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Payment
We accept bank transfer and crypto. Payment instructions are sent after your order. The order is processed after payment and review are approved.
3. Delivery
Orders are shipped discreetly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
4. Returns
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not available after shipping unless there is a demonstrable error on our side.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
